Pachyveria clavifolia also known as jeweled crown. It is a cross between Pachyphytum bracteosum and Echeveria rosea, and is a powdery blue. It forms rosettes of round, fleshy leaves that can turn a blueish pink at the edges when grown in bright sunlight. They do like hot dry conditions.
